This workshop is designed for school leaders who have attended From Vision to Reality 1.0 or who feel they already have a clear vision for change and are ready to begin working on detailed action plans. Participants will shift their focus from ideas to implementation, developing detailed, customized action plans for school change. Through guided planning sessions, peer collaboration, and expert coaching, school leaders will design road maps tailored to their school’s unique culture, constraints, and opportunities.

This institute will provide new teachers with the strategies essential to build connections and foundations for long, successful careers in independent schools. Sessions and content will reflect best practices and will support the development of skills in many facets of teaching and learning in independent schools.

This virtual, six-session course is designed to support parents, educators, and other professionals in addressing the impact ADHD and executive functioning have on learning, motivation, behavior, and the family system. Earn nine professional development hours and gain insights, tools, and strategies to support individuals with ADHD and executive functioning challenges. 

This workshop provides an overview of UDL and the major shifts associated with the recent 3.0 updates. Then reconnect for three, 90-minute online sessions across the school year to focus on the design process, applying and reflecting on UDL-aligned strategies, and addressing relevant problems of practice.
