Methodology
The 2023-2024 Faculty Satisfaction Survey Report was conducted by the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) during the 2023-2024 academic year. The survey gathered insights on various aspects of the workplace environment, including job satisfaction, professional development, and institutional support among faculty and staff at independent schools. The data presented in this report are based solely on faculty responses.A total of 1,220 faculty members participated in the survey, which was distributed to 40 independent schools.
